Could you send your "Player" log after the game closes. please? My mail is mariusz@president-studio.com

Copy this to Windows' search bar to find it immediately - %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\President Studio\CrimeCleaner. It's called "Player" and "Player-prev"
