Chained Together Mod Menu Update! Fly, Teleport, & More

Note: This isn't my original hack—I've forked it, improved the GUI and fixed hooks, and wanted to share it with you all. I'll be adding more features soon, like "kill server" and "pause all traps."

Features:
- Flymod (Host Only) - *Press F7*
- Save Position for Teleport - *Press F5*
- Teleport to Saved Position - *Press F6*

How to Use:
1. Download the DLL and rename it to `d3d12.dll`
2. Place it in the game folder: `ChainedTogether\Binaries\Win64`
3. Open the game
4. Press the Insert key to open the menu (features only work in-game; the menu appears empty in the lobby)

Menu doesn’t work?
Ensure the game runs on DX12 by adding "-dx12" to Steam launch options:
- Go to *Steam -> Chained Together -> Right Click -> Properties -> General -> Launch Options*
- Add: `-dx12`
